my phone is on 12.5.3 and says... no update available!

Hmm.. yeah, looks to be a new build. But I don't find the official MIXM ROM anywhere.. I will install it in a minute..

Just booted it, I don't see any changelog but noticed that the Security update's date is 2022-01-01 (it was Nov. 2021 before the update)

The SourceForge link works again, guess it's been reuploaded.

does the rom work?
there are big problems with the redmi note 9s and 12.5.4 here in the forum. now this does not necessarily have to be connected because the phones are different. the link from androidfilehost is down.

I have the feeling that something is still wrong here or are there already a few redmi note 9 pro users who have installed the rom and have no noticeable problems?
 
How can one see changelogs for 12.5.4?
I'm presently using 12.5.2 and updater not seeing any updates

Fastboot ROM versions are no longer supported (the only reason for their existence was that at first there was no TWRP). The standard is recovery ROM.
Install TWRP / Orangefox and recovery ROM version .

There is latest TWRP and latest Orangefox.

Hello, on my redmi note 9 pro (Joyeuse) I have installed OrangeFox-miatoll-stable@R11.1_2.zip. I am trying to install the
xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote9ProEU_V12.5.4.0.RJZMIXM_v12-11.zip, but when orangefox finishes unpacking and reboots the installation does not start. Return to Orangefox. I also tried to install V12.5.3 and the pixell experience but nothing. Can you help me? thank you
