Redmi Note 9 Pro Max - Does not show the name and photo of the caller.

My Redmi Note 9 Pro Max - Does not show the name and photo of the caller. My Xiamoi Mi9, showed the name and photo of all contacts when they called me. Could someone explain to me how to activate this on my Redmi Note 9 Pro Max?

Same here. Sometimes the name is in the display. Most of the times only the answerbutton is visible.
Is there a solution?
