First reflash the same rom in dirty mode and check without installing any other application.

Try this:

Go in phone's settings => "Apps" => "Dual apps" => Click the settings icon in the top right corner -> "Delete dual apps' accounts"

Device will reboot and system should be stable now.

If not helping, factory reset your device...
