CTS profile match failed and Google play device not certified

Since the last update miui 14 for redmi note 10 pro, having safety net fail issue device uncertified but Google play protect works and cannot use netflix, bank apps even telegram will not send text message OTP and GB WhatsApp also not working my device isn't rooted , BL unlocked, turned of OEM unlock also. I need to fix the issue without root but in earlier Version there wasn't any issue, I'm currently using the following Xiaomi EU ROM version
