Redmi Note does not work after encryption

Hi,

My Redmi Note is stuck in the Xiaomi logo when it restarted after mobile iron encryption. I am not sure what is the next step to fix it.

Use Spflash to flash factory system images. Of course you will loose all your data so you better have MIUI Backup stored on SD

Spflash can't detect my Xiaomi Note. I tried using PDAnet but it also failed to install the driver for my phone.

Install miui program for windows and it will install drivers .... Remove the battery from device and connect to computer usb then it will see it

Thanks. I was finally able to have it flashed. The problem was the driver. I had it reinstalled then followed the instruction on how to flashed.
