Redmi SE Pad China unlocking Help needed

Please I need an idiots guide walkthrough on how to unlock a Redmi SE pad that I bought in China. I want to be able to install normal apps etc, but I have no idea how to unlock this tablet to do so.

Your devices (Redmi Pad) are not supported by this UNOFFICIAL community, plus, you cannot unlock Chinese devices as far as I'm concerned.
