Refresh rate question

The refresh rate/fps always seems to be lower, looks like 60 Hz to me in some apps, such as YouTube, stock file manager app, Mi video, or sometimes when I swipe down the notification bar. I used the Mi 10T and didn't notice these problems. I know there are alternatives to those apps, but I'm just wondering if this is a MIUI 12.0.5 bug, and if not, why is this happening. Thanks!

That was because in that version it uses Poco Launcher and after a few hours of use the frequency or the fps go down and give lag, install the new version 12. 0.9 which uses Miui Launcher where the lag problems disappear
