I bet you can't change the keyboard vibrate setting either.

These are bugs in the newer builds, just gotta live with it until a fix is applied.

having same problem, did full wipe and reinstalled and still experiencing it, don't know what else to do


as far as the keyboard goes, why don't you try a different keyboard, i'm using slideit and vibrate works just fine
