Invalid Removing miui_mod_icons doesn't change icons

As stated in my previous thread, removing "miui_mod_icons" doesn't change icons after reboot in latest stable update. The folder is deleted but modded icons are still there.

I am posting in bug section for extra visibility.

Can someone help me troubleshoot this? Thanks

You need to reapply phone's theme.
