Replacing The Screen

Unfortunately my screen has shattered. I've ordered a new screen + digitiser (already assembled) but I'm stuck with opening the phone.

I've come to the point where I have to separate the screen from the frame however I have absolutely no clue how to do that. Could anyone explain to me how to separate the frame from the screen?

Maybe search Youtube for a video, someone has probably done this before. I also need to replace my screen.
