[Request] Music player mod

I love the music player app but one little thing annoys me. When I browse to: "music/artists/select album" it always defaults to "songs" but I'd prefer for it to default to "albums" since that's how I like to browse my music. Does anyone know if this mod already exists or is there a way that I can just choose that in the settings? If not, would anyone be willing to take this on?
