ROM doesnt work Stable or Weekle

Hello People

I have a problem by flashing my Redmi Note 8 Ginko
I can flash the Stable or the Weekle but everytime when the Bootloader is ready, starts the Phone new and i came back to the TWRP.
Everytime is hanging out the System Partition.

So what do i wrong?

I have flash with cmd an fastboot the TWRP into the Phone, then i boot into TWRP and decrypt the Partition.
Then i delete Cache an dalvik and Data.
After this i install the Stable rom from here.
Then i reboot into the system, but after this i have the loop problem...

I dont Unterstand what i make wrong, with my old MI8 every works the flash fine.

I hope anyone can Help me for my problem

hello, I had the same problem, after installing rom, go to twrp and choose format data, it was solved
