root acess without rom change

Hello, can i get root premissions without changing the stock rom ? The OTA update from xiaomi is great and i don't wanna loose it.

Yes. The root is built in. Just enable it in LBE Guard -> Manage Root Permissions.

Ok found it, but i don't have the acess to change it, it saus i need to install miui developer rom first, but that's what i didn't want to do from the fist place, any other options ?

Already tried the miui forum instead of miuiandroid one? Since the root is built in I don't think someone made an alternate way to root.

If you install the official Xiaomi Dev rom you will have root access and still get OTA updates. Full rom list here just get the latest Development rom and flash using updater app and your all set.http://en.miui.com/thread-1885-1-1.html

- fresh MI2: you have stock JLB MIUI v4 stable version - NO ROOT.
- weekly miui.com development versions MIUI v5 + OTA + ROOT
- miuiandroid.com weekly development versions MIUI v5 + NO OTA + ROOT.

Even restoring a nandroid backup of v4 won't help?
