Root with MIUI 11

Hello,
I have a redmi note 8 pro, I had done root and recovery and it worked fine with MIUI 10.
I upgraded to MIUI 11 and the root disappeared and the original recovery returned.
To root again with MIUI 11 what procedure should I do?
MIUI Global Version 11.0.1 | Stable 11.0.1.0 (PGGEUXM)
Android version 9 PPR1.180610.011

unfortunately, Redmi Note 8 pro Mediatek is no more supported here at custom EU.
