Invalid Rotate screen toggle button

Rotate screen works in reverse:
When it is switched on the screen can't rotate and when it is switched off the screen can rotate.

It's ok. This is 'lock rotation'. Maybe a translation mistake.

Wrong translation. If it's blue (as you say "switched on") rotation is off, otherwise rotation is on. You can see it in English translation.

No, it doesn't. When you toggle the switch in settings on, the one in statusbar goes off and vice versa.

Like already answered, this is just a translation mistake. The English label for this toggle is "Rotate off". Open an issue on your language's repo if you want ot fixed, the bug section is for techical issues that are not related to translations.
