New Samsung S2 I9100 3.10.25 Multi: not enable to boot/freeze

I have a problem whit my Samsung S2. When i installed MIUI 3.10.25 i used is whitout problems 1 full day. Then it froze when I opened Chrome app. Now its reboots out when you open any app and sometimes its even not starting up.

Already tryed to Flash the Stockrom again but no use... still getting the reboots.

someone know a solution for this ?
