How to make the beautifull weather widget work?

I tried instal the file miui beta1.zip from xda, no solutions
I searched over internet, and could find anything

how can I make it work ?

Weather widgets will work once MIUIWeather is included. It is being translated by Mark and being tested again, then it will be included.
