New SGS4 i9500 no data while data roaming is set

Hello, something broken with MIUI and data roaming not working. I tried versions from 4.10 to 4.12. Also on latest ROM for HTC ONE X the problem exists.
PLease please please fix that bug.
If you need more info I will provide.

data roaming works in 4.7.25 but not after that... waiting for a fix. please
