New Shady SMS or Dialer activated Apps not working from ver 2.11.2

Hi All,
I've been using MIUI for many years now on different phone, and I'm really grateful to the developers. Just wanted to ask why (could be a config) all applications that will launch using a particular number dialed in the dialer are not working anymore in this latest version of MIUI. Since last version I was used to dial a special number, tap the "green" button of dialer and the app would popup. This is no more. Any ideas? I've tried to reinstall, clear data/factory reset and clear chache methods, with no success.

Read thru this link and it will explain everything. 2.11.2 was very buggy. Their quick fix, 2.11.5 was still buggy. Miui admin says to wait for 2.11.9 release on Friday.

Launching apps from "secret" dialer code works for me (Avast Anti-Theft, Miui 2.11.5)

Solved by giving "Phone Status" permission to the App in LBE. Maybe something has changed in the permission policies.
