Just installed the latest miui rom on my htc evo, but for some reason when I launch my slingplayer mobile applications it shuts the application down. I have uninstalled the slingplayer mobile app and re installed it, still wont work please help, really like the rom but if i cant get slingplayer mobile to work may have to go back to my stock mode.

Did you try uninstalling do a reboot and then reinstall? It did the same thing with me with Slingplayer and my Seesmic app it kept force closing but after doing they work just fine.
