Slow screen rotation when using dark themes.

I've noticed that since the last build after applying any dark themes, the time it takes for the screen to rotate doubles.

Just wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing this. It's not a huge problem but it really kills the fluidity of the rom.

Same with me. with light theme applied rotation is quick, with official dark it stalls a bit sometimes freeze for a fraction of a second.

I am using the HTC G2 so it gets a bit annoying since i switch to landscape mode quite often because of the keyboard.

I even wiped and reflash, same problem, wiped and changed to a different miui rom same problem.
so sad because the darker

I reported this bug WAYYY back (Nexus S).
By 'rotate' I assume you're using the cube effect on the launcher.

I discovered though that the earlier version of the black theme. The 'unofficial' or 'unfinished' one...or whatever, doesn't have this problem though.

So you might wanna give that a go.

Actually I was talking about switching between portrait and landscape mode.

You can reproduce the issue by opening the browser or youtube app and turning your phone. When using the default or any light theme the screen rotates normally, but when using a dark one, it's noticably slower.
