Smart Space Heater S - Alexa not turning off (voice)

Hello,

My smart heater is not turning off by voice control:

Request_1 - Alexa, turn the heater On.
Response_1 - Ok, the heater turns On.

Request_2 - Alexa, turn the heater Off.
Response_2 - "Heater isn't responding...", Heater stays On, but in the Alexa app the heater status turns Off.
