Smartisan new OS

Did you hear the news that smartisan is going to be available for MI2?

Now it's only for i9300 but as mentioned above it will be out for mi2 soon. Anyone has some experiences with it? What can we expect?

Is it going to be based on 4.2.2? It seems a lot like MIUI if you ask me, only changes the homescreen and ads some features.

I agree. They should free the kernel...

Seems it's based on Cyanogenmod 10.1. It also has CM10.1 filemanager.

I doubt they are using a custom kernel.
However they should make their changes to android opensource.

That is interesting. Hope it can help bring CM to Mi2. I still wish xiaomi would just release kernel sources already. Have they not heard us. We need to get chinese users on board for this. they seem to pay more attention to them...

I tried this rom but mobil network not available,but impressive and new
