SMS from Bank cannot be received

My mobile MI 4 W ( android 4.4.4) cannot receive SMS from my Bank .

I tried the following solution:> setting > security> deselect filter
but I did 'nt solve the matter
Can someone help me ?

install latest version 4.11.14

Some older Xiaomi's phones had the problem, that the phones actually couldn't handle more sms from a bank. Deleting all the bank's sms helped. You can try it. And of course try to disable antispam first, maybe there's the problem...
