New SMS/MMS App crashes

hi all,

my SMS/MMS App crashes every time i open it.
clean the dalvik cache and normal cache, do a full wipe but nothing helps.

can anyone confirm this?

Phone: OPPO Find 5
Version: 3.7.19 Multilang

EDIT: fixed! a hidden sms cache folder at internal sd partition was the problem

skdubg, could you please tell the location of this cache folder? I have the same problem on Xiaomi Mi2 (both GoSMS and the default messaging app crash).
