Social media apps doent werk perfect / launcher issues?

Hello,


I am having some issues with my social media apps.
They dont show up in notification when somebody whatsapp me or send me an viber message.
I only recieve when i open the app by it self than the app loads the message otherway the phone doesent open the apps.

Can this be fixed"??

I have an Xiaomi Mi-3 Latest MIUIV5 version with Multi-lang-rom..

Everytime i close the an i must wait a few seconds because a messsage appears (Launcher starting) Everytime.

Go to Settings -> Impostazioni Barra di Stato -> Notifiche Personalizzate (sorry, i've Italian language) and here set for every app the type of notifications
