Resolved [STABLE] Mi10: Camera + YouTube doesn't work

Bugs in the latest stable Rom for Mi10 (http://xiaomi.eu_multi_mi10_v12.0.4.0.qjbcnxm_v12-10.zip/). Clean install from TWRP done. Tried clear cache/data in the apps, nothing seems to work.

So far:
1. YouTube doens't load content
2. Videocalling in WhatsApp doens't work
3. Camera doesn't work at all

Looks like the same issue that was affecting the Weekly ROM not too long ago until Xiaomi fixed it. Anyone volunteering to test a Stable ROM that attempts to fix this?

Issue resolved for now, we probably won't have to fix this manually in next Stable.
ROM was reuploaded.
