Hi, because the Mi8 will not be supported in future it's possible to install the STABLE rom over the WEEKLY 20.9.3/4 without doing a format? Thanks.

I found the answer:
"If you are going from weekly MIUIv12, you are doing a downgade so format data is mandatory!"
but if I will wait next STABLE release will be still a downgrade?

I am surprised there is no update to Mi 8 12.0.1 stable yet since 29th of July. Mi8pro upgraded from 12.0.1 to 12.0.2 in 13 days, from August 14 to 27. Strange....
