I read on your site that there will be no more updates weekly for the redmi note 4x (mido), I suppose that even the buildings will not come out as they are several months that is not updated.

What are you talking about? Several months? The last stable update has been uploaded to Sourceforge at 2018-11-07 - almost exactly 2 months ago. Did you check the stable MIUI 10 ROM thread? I presume you didn't - in the 10.x stable ROM's thread ingbrzy announced the following:
"MIUI 10.2 stable will be released for Android 6.0/7.0 devices"

If there will be new stable V10.2 chinese ROM release then they will release Xiaomi.EU stable ROM as well.

It seems strange to me that it is two months since the last update. Then all the other phones came out of the update.
Check the changelogs' dates, stable is released in 2..3 months periods - it' not strange. If there are problems with the code I don't mind if they don't release it.. that's why there's a beta/dev path..
The Redmi Note 4 received the update. The 4x not yet.

See? Stable chinese has been released -> immediately after that Xiaomi.EU has been released.. okay, a couple of days later (after fixing an init setup crash situation).
