Steps to go install xiaomi.eu

Hello everybody,

I'm here because I need some help to install xiaomi.eu.

Right now, I have a chinese phone with locked bootloader and a chinese MIUI.
I want to install Xiaomi.eu rom and TWRP.

Do I have to do these steps (in this order) ?
- Unlock bootloader
- Flash TWRP Here
- Flash Xiaomi.eu rom Here

Am I right ?

Fastboot is easy, use the minimal adb+Fastboot drivers
Then check in a console that commnication is sucessful
cmd: "adb devices"
Check the hash of the ZIP you downladed with the Info on the filehost cmd: "certutil -hashfile :[Filename]"
