Still Seeing One Chinese App On My Phone

I noticed there's still one Chinese app on my phone after flashing to eu rom. Is it safe to uninstall this app? Any ideas what this app does?

I think it's smart assistant. You can remove it.

Hmm.. I also checked with my friend (who can read Chinese). He said it's an audio settings app.

Did anyone else remove it? Did it affect anything on the phone?

Ok, so you can freeze first, if there are no problems uninstall.

Couldn't freeze it, option to force stop is disabled. I just uninstalled it... hopefully no issues.

You maked first an backup? Can freeze with titanium backup. Look
