Storage space running out

Hi I'm Shafff.
I am using Xiaomi Mi 4 I cant install any apps. I have only 5 or 6 apps in my mobile and I couldn't use my apps and I also have to uninstall some applications

1. How can I delete unnecessory Log files, History files and Cache etc..
2. How to store apps to PHONE STORAGE from INTERNAL STORAGE

Please help :-(
