Stuck At Mi Logo

I Have done it.
I installed another twrp 3.0.2.0 - something like this .
And its working , i installed miui 8.1.1.0 .
Works fine.
Now I don't have wi-fi speed limit .

Hi.
I installed adb on pc and twrp on mi5 .
But when i press vol+ power it turn mi logo and nothing happen.
When i press power stuck on logo too.
I can run fastboot vol- power.
How to turn on phone and why twrp is not working ?
MIUI 8.
I wanted install xiaomi.eu rom , actually i have global .
