Stuck at the Teamwin splash screen of TWRP recovery while updating to new EU ROM

Last week I successfully flashed EU ROM for my redmi note 7 pro with TWRP 3.3.0, thanks to the information of this forum.
However, while I was updating the new weekly OTA update, it said that my internal storage is encrypted and I needed to boot to recovery first and then enter password to install it. I followed it but after my phone rebooted, it stuck at the Teamwin splash screen. I waited for more than half hour and it still didn't recover. I tried to flash the new version of TWRP but it remained the same.

Does anyone have the same problem? It really annoyed me...
