Stuck in unlock screen - no WiFi no Cellular

Hi after i first bricked my phone into EDL mode, i now have installed the Global EEA V13.0.4.0.SKBEUXM Rom bur my phone is stuck in the attached mode.

My WiFi doesn't work (dindt Work for the last 2 Months bur i didn't care as i used to use mobile data only)
My SIM Card is locked so i also don't have mobile connection..

Any idea how i can unlock my phone appreciated

That does not help when the WiFi is broken

I just tried usb tethering but that doesn't hep either :/
