SuperSU and rooted permissions gone

Hi.

I am having some more issues...seems that for some reason my RedRice has become unrooted itself.
SuperSU binary files are gone, I cant open the app it says binary files are gone, I tried to download and install another SuperSU but no success.
I cant open Titanium backup it says my phone is not rooted so I dont know whats going on here

install our ROM... and uninstall supersu...

I have the original one v5.
I have tried to uninstall SuperSU and install it back but the error persists, the binary files are not uploaded
