Whenever I sign into forums i get this message:

i cant get around it. and the click here link does nothing, it just sits there. im not a suspicious IP or a bot, and i cant sign into the website at all! from my phone, my computer, or even the miui forums app. whats the deal?
the only way i can sign on is through a proxy, and that is annoying
