I saw twrp 3.3.1.5 is out for mix 3, i'm currently using 3.2.3-1204 by wzsx150.

Can i flash the newer one, without formatting?
i read somewhere, that you might get a decryption problem when flashing a newer version

TWRP could always be flashed without losing any data.
No need to format anything.
