I need help
I have a xiaomi mi8 if with installed, TWRP_Xiaomi_Mi8SE_SIRIUS (1) .zipe and rom xiaomi.eu_multi_MI8SE_8.11.15_v10-9.zip .... the phone worked perfectly until today when going in update I saw update ota rom 9.1.24 from 1.5 gb ..... I started the update: the phone entered into twrp automatically and installed the file .... the phone has' restarted in fastboot and even if I try to switch it back in fastboot ........ help me please

MI8SE? you wrote mi8!
That's normal because you lost TWRP since you flashed rom after 8.11.20 version.
Try to boot new twrp from your pC if no success you have to use MIflash and official fastboot rom.
