The "home screen" item disappeared from the settings menu!

How can I recover this?
When I changed from gesture mode to button mode to try it out, the home screen item disappeared from the settings menu and cannot be restored to its previous state.　Please, if you know how to recover it, please let me know how. Xiaomi 12S HyperOS 1.0.23.12.11.DEV
