The mobile phone keeps restarting after the update. (xiaomi.eu_VEUXG_OS1.0.8.0.TKCMIXM_13)

Hello, I have downloaded the new update from sourceforge.net (xiaomi.eu_VEUXG_OS1.0.8.0.TKCMIXM_13) I have installed it in fastboot mode from the PC. After flashing, the mobile phone is stuck in the boot screen and keeps restarting after a few minutes. Can I now simply flash the VEUXG_OS1.0.6.0.TKCMIXM as an update or do I have to do a complete reinstallation? Or should I wait until the repaired update is released? If it doesn't take too long.
The new update OS.1.0.8.0 has already been removed.

hello xiaomi.eu_VEUXG_OS1.0.8.0.TKCMIXM_13 does not work super wallpapers, Maybe fix it in the next update.
