Animation gestures are broken on redmi 8. Is there a solution for that?

I would like if someone knows how to put the translucent panels on the goblal rom.

If I use the xiaomi.eu, My questions are 2

1) In the Xiaomi .EU the navigation gestures do not work with the Xiaomi.eu stock launcher, is there a solution?

2) In the xiaomi.eu rom the notification panel is transparent, in the global rom it is not (according to Xiaomi by performance). I would like to know how that panel would be put in the global rom.

1) Yes by installing some app. You will have to search for specifics.
2) You will have to convince Xiaomi to do it, otherwise you are looking into a modified ROM. I see no point in reinventing the mods since they are present here. So it's up to you - more searching and doing.
