The screenshots show that in the Google Phone application you can see that the main notification switch is inactive ... Please help!

I had the same issue on Mi 11 Pro (MIUI 14.0.9.0.TKACNXM). Completely disabling battery saving for the "Google Dialer" application solved the problem.

Thanks, it really helped but I didn't think it could be related to the lack of notifications...
