There was xiaomi eu stable 10.1 updated without wipes to stable xiaomi.eu_multi_MIPAD4_V10.2.1.0. I put back 18 Magisk, but the system section remains only for reading and file managers do not translate to write. At 10.1 everything was stable, what can be done, or should we roll back to 10.1?

It's Magisk issue...

Boot into TWRP, go to Mount, and mount the system partition for read-write access. Reboot, and it works.
