On latest 10.3.14 for MI9T when you do a search the app have force close (only when search) applying themes, fonts and the rest works

This was already fixed on Weekly. No plans to rebuild V10.3 just because of this. You can use this flashable ZIP meanwhile:

Your unofficial TWRP is what doesn't work. Mount system and data partitions before flashing.
