Tips for Bluetooth issue

After upgraded to android 10, you know we have Bluetooth issues.
So, reboot phone with wifi, Bluetooth and mobile data off and we will able to put in airplane mode on off with Bluetooth working.
With mi9se.

Im having problems with Bluetooth after upgrading to android 10,what is it i do exactly, turn everything off and reboot then in airplane mode turn on Bluetooth and connect???

I'm having issue's as well. The bluetooth doesn't remember its last connected device. Also, the pairing with Mi Band is bad as well.
