Transfering Incoming Calls

Hello all,
does anybody know the way to transfer an incoming call to another mobile number?
in my previous Galaxy Note 4 the way was dialing the number and then 4 + call button but now this is impossible to do because in MIUI v8 when you enter in calling option and dial 4 the only button that appears is stop calling.
can you help please? it is very important for me this option because is my company number and I need to transfering call to my colleagues.

Thanks but I mean is, if I received a call and I want to transfer to "a" then a new incoming call and I want to transfer to "b" and so on.
The way that you say is always for the same person.

So what about this:
1. you call A / get a call from A
2. you dial B
3. you click on "Merge calls" which will create a telephone conference
4. leave the conference

Then a and b are connected and you are free for a new call
