Trojan Malware, Impossibile To Change Rom

Good afternoon, yesterday a trojan malware attacted my Phone.. appears publicitary page and erotic page.. (also when i enter in whatsapps for example).. i saw that the problem Can be the ROM.. i tried to remove by factory reset but malware is now locked but not removed.. i tried to change rom but it show that it is impossibile.. the installation of new rom is locked by trojan malware.. i'm not an informatic expert and i don't know how Can i solve this problem..

I don't know, i read some people that have got the same problem with this version of rom.. they talk about "fake" rom..

I seem to have the same problem, every time I swipe to open the lock screen I get adverts and porn sites, the only thing I installed was PDF reader from the Playstore which I have uninstalled but no difference.
Avast doesn't find it or Malwarebytes.
I tried to install TWRP manager from the Playstore but it won't setup, I have tried a factory reset on the phone but it still get's pop ups as soon as it connects to the internet.

I will have a read on here about installing TWRP and installing a new ROM but I have not done that before.

Just tried to install TWRP using Updater and got the same error message as Carlob posted above, are we missing something or is this a particularly nasty bug that won't be removed?

To solve problem with malvare for me it works (I have redmi note 2):
I got malvare by using internal browser from miui v7
Do not install any s**t like twrp or something...
1. WIPE All data by Volume+ and Power up
2. Download official miui v8 from en.miui.com
3. Connect your phone to pc
4. Upload 1.06gb zip file to the phone and go to update manager in your phone and select zip file to update
5. After update setup your phone and no more problems with ads and malvare

• Install TWRP via Fastboot mode, then install our ROM

Yep its works too, but here must instal twrp (not for newbies) to use unofficial rom.

Just tried that Vareth , I get the error message "install update failed, update.zip is corrupted"

What update.zip? Its not in bootloader, but is system settings update. Bootloader is only to wipe data from phone for my way.
Do not rename it, upload to the device and go to Update App in android.
In the top right corner is menu and there is second option "Install update from .zip file" or like that.
Then select downloaded file from en.miui.com called miui_HMNote2Global_V8.0.1.0.LHMMIDG_e88d21e2a2_5.0.zip, and now system reboot, and starts install new rom.
Do you have root?
Sorry i use polish android because im from Poland and my english isnt good as well.

Thanks for your patience Vareth, I downloaded the developer version and that worked fine it just didn't like the stable version, so all fixed and learnt something today.
