Tutorial how to root and install Dutch language on Mi2S?

Is there some one in this forum who can give me instructions how to root the weekly multi language rom?
Or is ther some one who can explain me how to install the dutch language on the developer rom from the miui.com site?

How to??

Just put the Rom on the root of the Phone and then in the updater menu then select installation package?
