TWRP does not show any folder - can't install 12.0.12.0

Hi

I managed to install on my Redmi note 10 Pro (sweet) TWRP and also the xiaomi.eu 12.0.6.0 but when I now boot into TWRP it show no data on integrated storage and also size is shown with 0.
Only the external SD card is shown but I am not able to install 12.0.12.0 from there.

First idea was to remove any password / screen password before booting in TWRP but this did not improve anything

It is happening to me. It also says my data is encrypted. I do not know what to do

I had the same problem, i solved format data, reboot and the twrp show all folders.

Twrp cant mount data , i dont know why...

Ok but this would mean for each update I loose each time all data.....not what I am looking for

Yes...its a bad solution, maybe magisk fix this?

That is what i did it worked perfect, but i had to format data on the first twrp boot to make the decryption work

And so the rom image has to be on the sd card because everything on the phone is deleted with the format data
